Judd Street Workspace project, in collaboration with Gillespies, has secured planning permission. This five-storey, 57,000 sq ft building will be repositioned to cater to the thriving life sciences and technology sector. Operating solely on electricity, it aims for a BREEAM Outstanding rating and targets emissions of 250-300kg CO2E/sqm. Located in King's Cross, London's 'knowledge quarter,' the area is renowned for prestigious institutions like the Francis Crick Institute and UCL. The project contributes to the ongoing transformation and excitement of this vibrant district.
