Bell Philips Architects' development at the Swanley Town Centre's key gateway location will establish a distinct presence with its curved façade. The centerpiece of the site will be a generously sized communal garden accessible to the public, designed as a serene green oasis featuring a spacious lawn, blossoming trees, and spaces for relaxation and recreation. This inviting courtyard will be open to the public during daytime hours, serving as a new garden haven for the residents of Swanley.
To enhance the streetscapes along Bevan Place and Goldsel Road, tree plantings have been implemented, accompanied by the incorporation of a broad defensible green zone along Goldsel Road. Furthermore, a sun-soaked rooftop garden has been created, providing residents with intimate spaces for reflection while offering captivating south-facing views of the picturesque Kent countryside.
